Sovereign Earth support
Sovereign Earth is made by Iron Buffalo Studios, a one-person, veteran-owned studio. A real person reads every message.
We aim to reply within a few days. Tell us which build you are on, your PC and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can.
When can I play?
Sovereign Earth is in development for PC and coming to Steam and Epic. There is no store page yet. Playtest invites go to the playtest list first, in waves, as the build is ready. We only email you about Sovereign Earth playtests and launches.
I am in the playtest and found a bug
Thank you. Email us with a screenshot, the build number from the main menu, and what you were doing. Crash logs, if the invitation told you where they are, help most.
Take me off the playtest list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link; one click does it. Or email support@ironbuffalostudios.com from the address you signed up with and we remove it.
Buying, keys and refunds
Sovereign Earth is not on sale yet. When it is, this page will say where, how keys are delivered and how refunds work.
